Bootybarre is the perfect combination of strength and flexibility with an added cardiovascular element utilizing the barre. We focus on proper bio-mechanics for a safe and well structured class that can be modified for any fitness level. Shape and Fitness Magazine awarded Bootybarre the workouts of the month and has been featured in Self, Redbook, Cosmopolitan, Health, Oxygen, Womens Health, Prevention and many more.

 

Buti Yoga

Buti Yoga is a movement practice that fuses power yoga with tribal dance, primal movement, and plyometrics. Buti Yoga uses the Spiral Structure Technique to sculpt and tone the deep abdominal muscles that stabilize and strengthen the body. Instead of linear movements, Buti challenges the body along all the planes of motion, creating long, lean muscles with sexy, feminine curves. Buti Yoga sculpts muscles while the body is in an optimal fat burning zone, using power yoga flow as an active recovery and muscle lengthening tool.

Includes heart pumping cardio, and total body strength using a mat, body weight, and various props (ie. Flex bands, trx straps, rings, light weights, and balls). This class will stretch and strengthen your whole body while incorporating focused breath and control bringing together body, mind, and spirit.

PILATES

 

This Weighted class will get you sweating in a few short minutes. We target each and every muscle in this class while constantly using body bars (8-16lb). We will get your heart rate up and your muscles working. Time to get moving and feeling strong.
